Loïc joined the Paris office of Ohana & Co. in 2022 as an Associate and has been involved in some of our recent transactions such as Juliette has a gun (fragrance).
Prior to joining the firm, he worked at an independent corporate finance advisory firm where he took part in a number of fundraising operations for consumer brands and digital businesses.
Loïc holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from IAE Paris-Est.
