Ohana & Co. advised Clique Brands on the sale of Byrdie and MyDomaine to Dotdash (IAC)

Dotdash completed the acquisition of Byrdie and MyDomaine from Clique Brands. Clique is the parent company of leading digital fashion brand Who What Wear and was founded by Katherine Power and Hillary Kerr in 2006.

Named to Fast Company’s most innovative companies list in 2017 and as Digiday’s most innovative publisher in 2018, Clique is a global media and consumer brands company that combines the power of data science with its expert editorial team to create content and products that millennial women and Gen Z girls crave.

In doing this, we have been working to focus on growing the brands with consumer product opportunity and to de-prioritize our work as a pure-play media company,” said Power, CEO & co-founder of Clique Brands. “Given Ohana & Co.’s deep experience with strong brands in the media and consumer products space, it has been an outstanding advisor through the sale of these two media brands to Dotdash.
